Ahhhh, a good nap! What a delight! Some people just do not understand the power of a good nap. Some people are actually super proud that they DO NOT nap. Like naps are for the weak or lazy. Well, I seriously beg to differ!
A nap is one of the best ways to rejuvenate the body to ensure maximum performance and potential! Don’t you want to strive for optimal wellness? I’m not saying you need to nap every day, but if you are dragging one day and want a reset, consider it a healthful option for peak performance!
