It’s always around the time of school starting again that we set our alarm clocks a little earlier for a more ambitious morning start (if you have kids, this is more of a necessity than others), but the energy of “back to school” time seems to affect all of us. We’re hoping to get the summer sleep out of our eyes, perk up, and get productive and on-task again. Getting back into a routine is a great benefit of the school year returning. Consider adding the following practice to immediately begin your day in alignment with Source. If New Earthlings only did one thing every day for their own self-care, this would be my number one recommendation:
