Aligning with our current print edition's theme of "Alchemy", the following Soul Sign readings by Kirem Marnett offer a glimpse into some of the personalities who are playing a role on the world stage and in the New Earth movement. Dr. Tess Lawrie

Roseate Spoonbill + Flying Squirrel

After hearing Dr. Pierre Kory’s December 8, 2020, U.S. Senate testimony on the use of Ivermectin for COVID-19, U.K.-based Dr. Lawrie took it upon herself to conduct a review and meta-analysis of all scientific research on the use of the Nobel Prize-winning drug as a treatment and “was struck by [its] efficacy” and “ability to reduce mortality and morbidity” that was counter to the mainstream narrative. As a doctor, Lawrie considered it her duty to immediately inform U.K. health authorities about the potential breakthrough treatment. In a now famous Zoom conversation, Lawrie fearlessly pressed forward on her factual findings against Big Pharma-funded analysis that opposed the cheap, off-patent life-saving drug. In a reading, Spoonbills are a more studious, grounded and practical version of the Pink Flamingo. Flying Squirrels are part of a group of Soul Signs I refer to as “visible Mythicals,” and consider Alchemists in how their signs display legendary characteristics in real-world creatures. Squirrel types feel their purpose is to compile resources for the collective. Flying ability adds the element of Air, which refers to bringing these findings out through the realm of communication and media.

Catherine Austin Fitts

Flashlight + Dragon

Fitts is an investment banker, the founder and publisher of the Solari Report, and a former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Housing under President George H.W. Bush. Throughout her career, she has focused a critical lens on government spending including the investigation of money missing from the federal government discovered during her tenure at HUD. In 2004, her comments foreshadowed the realities that many of us recognize as unfolding today, “a very large proportion of the nation’s wealth is being illegally diverted for decades into secret, unaccountable channels and programmes with unspecified purposes, including covert operations and subversions abroad and clandestine military R&D at home. Public institutions have been infiltrated and taken over by shadowy groups in the service of powerful private and vested interests, often at the expense of the common good.”

With the Soul Sign of Flashlight, it leaves little doubt that she is someone committed to investigating shadow spaces such as government fraud and shining the Light on the dark itself. Flashlights offer the spotlight of truth, as they have a gift for catching crime in the making and catalyzing changes to follow. Dragon naturally finds a home in the world of finance and money, as they are long associated with guarding wealth and treasure. Dr. Peter McCullough, MD, MPH

Scorpion + Gardner

Dr. McCullough is an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist and Chief Scientific Officer at The Wellness Company. He made waves in 2020 as a straight-talking physician who provided early treatment to his COVID-19-positive patients, rebuking the FDA and CDC’s warnings on the contrary, in order to save lives. In the wake of shocking and incredible backlash to relying on his own highly-esteemed medical expertise, such as the effort to strip him of his medical credentials and ability to practice, Dr. McCullough has bravely stood his ground and continued to stand up for medical doctors’ rights to treat their patients without governmental dictates or interference.

Self-described as “bringing truth to the world” and “fighting battles against censorship and reprisal,” Dr. McCullough’s Soul Sign of Scorpion confirms he is someone born battle-ready. Scorpions have both the ammo and armor to engage in offensive or defensive warfare. The claws of Scorpion symbolize their tendency that once something is picked up, they hold on and never let go.
