Flowers can be Soul Signs too! The further I travel on my journey into Soul Sign reading, I’ve gotten to experience an incredible array of “Spirit Animal” types—and just like our planet, they range from fauna to flora! Flowers, especially, represent Souls who have truly come here to “bloom”. Flowers are expressions of the divine blueprint, and are the purest representation of the “Algorithms of Origin.” The Fibonacci sequence is frequently illustrated in nature by the way flowers radiate out from a central axis (“access”) point. In addition, Soul Signs from the plant kingdom often represent the legends of great and powerful prehistoric people on Earth—such as queens and kings, shamans, healers and influencers—who “disappeared” into the wilderness, camouflaged by nature, until the right time for their return!
As Katie pointed out in her article previously, Flower energies are very subtle and vibrationally, extremely gentle. So are those who carry Flower Soul Sign wisdom—there is a tenderness, vulnerability and inherently feminine quality to those who carry Flowers in their Soul Sign Couplet. Of those who I have read, here are a few Flower Soul Sign types that stand out as well as their respective medicines calling to the Collective at this time:
Hydrangea: Hydrangea Flower Souls are the Chameleons of the Flower world. Known for their ease in changing color depending on their soil constituents, Hydrangeas are shape-shifters and shamans hidden in the plant kingdom. Hydrangea embodies the teaching of “grow where you are planted” through its lessons of adaptation. Hydrangea Souls can lead lives of great change or challenges in which their very existence, livelihoods or health were threatened in some way. But by having the courage to “bloom anyway” these experiences turn them into great Healers. Hydrangea types may need to address people-pleasing as a tendency, as their adroitness in shifting to fit external circumstances can become overly reflexive and automatic if they’re not careful to monitor and honor their own internal system’s needs.
If their trustworthiness has been proven (all shapeshifters can be, well… shape-shifty), they can also use this gift to their extreme advantage, finding great success in the field of politics and influencers especially in the role of advocating for the New Earth. If you know a Hydrangea, encourage them to step out and run for office! Most of the time it will be no surprise to find out that these personality types are Hydrangea, as their natural leadership combined with healing abilities and undeniable likability stands out, just like their attractive, multi-colored blooms.
Medicine: Hydrangea teaches us to embrace our current circumstances and learn flexibility instead. This means turning our desire for change inward vs. leaning into victimhood or expecting external situations to change for us. We become stronger, more vibrant, more respected, admired and desired as a result of doing so. Hydrangea demonstrates that on the other side of transforming via our own internal alchemy, the final goal is to inspire synthesis and mastery in others so all together we may fulfill humanity’s destiny of Ascension.
Dandelion: Dandelions are Leos in disguise. Being flowers, Dandelions are quieter and less inclined to be extroverts as their Animal counterparts, but they still maintain both the warmth and if given the chance, the star-power performance abilities inherent in the Leo astrological sign. Dandelions can struggle with standing out vs. blending in and this can typify in conflicts in communication if they don’t master the ability to speak up at appropriate times. This is often because they are extremely gifted with deep Gaian wisdom which can serve as both a blessing and a burden for Dandelion Souls. Dandelions may have experienced many lifetimes where bringing through this wisdom was a dangerous task, and therefore it requires a great amount of courage and trust to do so now (hence the camouflage of hiding out in the plant kingdom for greater protection). Commonly dismissed as “just a weed” despite its nutritious and medicinal properties, Dandelions make extremely strong and resilient people and as a result of their skilled camouflage, they can be often overlooked or underestimated. They tend to adopt the underdog mentality and can rise to great, yet “unexpected”, victories. Never underestimate a Dandelion!
Medicine: Dandelions are powerful manifestors because they posses immense imaginations combined with an extremely strong sense of groundedness. If Dandelion crosses your path, it’s time to turn your dreams into reality by quieting down, slowing down, rooting down and removing distractions, temptations or interferences of the external variety designed to cloud or seed doubt in your own deep internal knowing. Bird of Paradise: I’ve covered Bird of Paradise before in regards to Nelson Mandela. He is a prime example of this regal Soul Sign. In addition to what I’ve mentioned previously about this stunning tropical flower, here are a few more tidbits including more of the “negative” aspects. Birds of Paradise are natural born leaders who can also be extremely proud and like all of the Crane Lineage, extremely suspicious. Having been burned during their human lifetimes (which can be literally as well as socio-politically), Crane Lineage Souls retreated to the forests to avoid the dark times befalling humanity at the time of their self-willed exile, which pre-dates (or has been deliberately hidden from) history on Earth. Considered the kings and queens chosen to lead their tribes and were once extremely generous as well as benevolent in their leadership, these natural-born aristocrats can harbor resentment, bitterness and suspicion towards most people, especially at first. They can keep many at arm’s reach and often insist on doing things “alone” or their “own way.” Sadly, many struggle with feelings of “loneliness” despite it being their own decisions that keep themselves separate and apart from partners, families and communities (most of the time this is due to Ego and is part of their journey to overcome).
Medicine: Bird of Paradise may signify a time in one’s life to recognize that the period of camouflage or hiding is over and that one can return to their rightful place of leadership. But in order to do so, one must first learn the lessons of humility and cooperation—especially in the New Earth—in order to gain respect or for full allegiance of the tribe to be restored. Bird of Paradise also reminds us to “keep our head up”, to remember our inner divinity, honor our values and that our true character is revealed when we embody integrity (“walking our talk”) especially during the toughest of times.
