Welcome to the Full Beaver Moon in Taurus with a partial lunar Eclipse! Early this morning the moon reached its peak illumination, and wow it is glorious! November’s full moon is called a Beaver Moon because this is the time of year when beavers start to take shelter in their lodges, where they have stored up considerable food for the winter. This year the Beaver Moon is accompanied by a partial lunar eclipse. At the height of the eclipse 98% of the moon will be covered by the Earth’s shadow (visible from South America, East Asia and Australia). This will be the longest partial lunar eclipse in over 500 years--lasting over 6 hours!
This is an intense full moon that is bringing us a powerful energetic reset. Astrologers say this full moon/lunar eclipse is going to highlight stability and intimacy. This eclipse will encourage you to remove any unstable foundations in your life and then choose a path towards future blessings or possibly future karmic consequences. Eclipses tend to bring about immense endings. So therefore it also brings about options for something totally new. Follow your heart! You will know what to do!
